"Crochet with Samantha" aims to provide a supportive environment for people to learn at their own pace, and encourage all students to be mindful of each other in the class. We do not support, condone or promote racism or any form of prejudice and discrimination.
Whether you're an absolute beginner or an experienced crafter looking to learn new techniques we'll have something for you. We're adding new classes every week so be sure to keep checking back for updates. We have private Zoom sessions available - you'll be amazed at how much you can learn!
Private lessons can have a maximum of 2 people and are held via zoom via booking through the enrol tab.a
After you've booked a private lesson online, our staff will contact you to confirm the details.of what you want to do in your private class and answer any questions you may have.
Terms and conditions
Full payment is required prior to the start of the class to confirm your spot.
Minimum numbers - There are no minimum numbers and there is a maximum of 8 in all zoom classes with the exception of the Teenager Class. This has a maximum of 10.
If your class is postponed or cancelled you can use the amount paid to transfer to another event/activity, use it as a lesson credit, or be issued a full refund.
Cancelling a class – you are able to cancel, postpone or swap a class up to 7 days prior to the class date to receive a full refund.
Less than 7 days prior, we can only offer a class transfer to an alternative date.
Once a course has started, we are unable to provide a refund for change of mind or cancellations.
- Please come to class with an open and enquiring mind, free from your inner critic.
- Honour diversity, compassion and equality.
- Arrive five minutes before the class is due to start.
- Turn your phone on to silent or flight mode. If you do need to take a phone call, please leave the classroom so other students are not disturbed
Where are the workshops held?
When we are in lockdown the classes are held via zoom. When we are NOT in lockdown they are held at the Jeanni Love Yarn Shop at Eastern Arterial Road, Middle Cove on Sydney's North Shore. We have a beautiful private apartment above the shop that has room for up to 12 people to comply with Covid-19 restrictions.
- Please practice social distancing where possible.
- Please apply the hand sanitiser provided
- Wearing a mask is encouraged but not mandatory.

There is plenty of all day and two-hour parking all around Jeannie Love.
What materials do I need to bring to an online class?
